Lots of fun. Probably one of my favorite things to shoot. I only have 2 but I need some more. What area are you from?

West Virginia just over the mountain from route 81 Harrisonburg off of 33

Seems like I can drive to the fort in under 2 hours

What do you shoot for revolver? I was thinking of using my Cimarron/Uberti 1851 in 36

I have a Rogers and spencer that was tuned by Tom Ball which is my primary and an 1858 Remington from pieta that I will probably have tuned up this winter.

Seems like many of you use R&S or Remington's I will probably be at a handicap with my 1851 but I seem to shoot them better

I really like shooting my pockets but even the 6.5 barrel I dont want to use for 25 or 50 yards, not to mention they are only 5 shots

I used to shoot a uberti 1860. It shot alright but it couldnt be tuned up. If ya have one that shoots good the by all means  Goferit
