I usually upload my photos to Photobucket and then just copy the link from there to the post

I know, I can't because they are always saying they're to big and reject them. How do you make them smaller so you can post them??

I use microsoft office picture manager it has a compress function to make them smaller - it also has a crop function to crop out unneeded details
